The Natural Health Network is a sister company of the Natural Awakenings Network. Either card can be accepted by our vast nationwide network of providers.

This card allows you to get up to a 50 percent discount on products and services that will help you to maintain a healthier lifestyle. This benefit is an added value for our new policyholders in the commercial business line, effective May 1, 2009. You will be able to supplement the vast coverage of health services and programs that we have available for you.

With the Natural Health Network card you will be able to access the wide network of Natural Awakenings Corp., and receive exclusive discounts on products and services with over 200 providers covering:

 How to use your benefit?
Present your Natural Health Network card, an ID card with photo and health plan card to any of the participating providers or businesses.

 

Rules of Use
1. The businesses and providers within the net of Natural Health Network (NHN) offer up to a 50 percent discount on products and services specialized in improving the quality of life.
2. When paying your bill in any of the businesses or providers within the NHN net, present your NHN discount card along with a photo ID and your medical plan card.
3. Discounts received with the NHN card have no use limitations during your MCS policy year.
4. This benefit applies to products and services at regular prices. It does not include taxes, gratuities, alcoholic beverages or merchandise on sale.
5. The discount card is exclusively for MCS policyholders.
6. NHN providers, who are also MCS providers and who are hired for the same service, may provide NHN card discounts after the insured has exhausted the benefits under the MCS coverage.
7. The NHN card discounts may not be used in combination with the benefits of your MCS coverage.
8. One discount card used for each insured under the coverage.
